1. Scope

These terms govern all orders placed with Elenza Espresso Machines International Limited ("Elenza") through this website, including purchases made through the approved-dealer channel.

2. Prices and VAT

Unless stated otherwise, prices shown to approved dealers are quoted exclusive of VAT and any applicable import duties, which are the responsibility of the dealer unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

3. Ordering and dealer accounts

Access to wholesale pricing and ordering is limited to accounts approved by Elenza as authorised dealers. Elenza may decline or revoke dealer status at its discretion.

4. Shipping

Estimated shipping times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. Risk passes to the dealer on handover to the carrier, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

5. Right of withdrawal

Where a right of withdrawal applies under mandatory consumer-protection law in the customer's jurisdiction, that right is honoured as required by that law. B2B dealer orders are governed by the commercial terms agreed at the time of order.

6. Warranty

Elenza machines carry the manufacturer's warranty described in the product documentation, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorised modification, or normal wear of consumables (such as gaskets and seals).

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at Elenza's place of incorporation, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the customer's own jurisdiction.
